Shipping

International customers will need to email me for a shipping quote and on acceptance you will be invoiced for this.  You are responsible for any duty that may be applied by your country’s customs office.

Customers in New Zealand will need to email me for a shipping quote for any framed work and on acceptance you will be invoiced for this.  Fine Art Prints, non framed canvases & mounted prints have the shipping added at time of purchase.

When you go to the checkout, you are directed to Paypal.   This will give you the option of paying by credit or debit card or if you have a Paypal account (or wish to create one) you can login to make payment.  Both options are also managed via Paypal on their secure payments site. On receipt of your order I will contact you & confirm the expected delivery period.  If you have a specialised (different size or special framing) order or prefer not to use the shopping cart, I can forward you banking details for direct credit. Once your payment is processed a receipt will be emailed for your records & I will advise the details when your order has been sent.

Please allow around 2-4 weeks for your work to be ready as each piece is printed especially for you. In many cases the time frame will be much less, especially for Fine Art prints.  Large framed items could take a little longer, but if this is the case we will advise you.

If your order is urgent, please let us know & I will try to accommodate your time frame.

On receipt of your goods, it is important that you open & inspect your purchase to ensure that your work has arrived in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of any damage please contact me within 24 hrs so that an insurance claim can be lodged & a replacement piece sent.

Unframed photographic prints & canvases are rolled and sent in sturdy postal tubes via NZ Post Courier in NZ or airmail for international.

Please note we ship framed prints under glass at the buyer’s risk.  Small pieces are generally okay but with large pieces the risk of breakage is quite high and it may be better for you to arrange your own framing with a quality picture framer.  Framed canvases are fine as they do not have glass.
